At L & B Farm, we are committed to delivering our high-quality, ethically raised meat products to you in a timely and safe manner. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives fresh and in perfect condition, so you can enjoy farm-to-table quality at home.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically 2–3 business days.

We use trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is handled with care and arrives in a timely manner. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size of your order, and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost will be communicated to you before you complete your purchase.

Packaging

We use insulated packaging to ensure your products stay fresh during transit. Our packaging is designed to protect your order and maintain the quality of our meat products, no matter the distance.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to areas within the continental U.S. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Issues

If there are any issues with your order, such as delays or damaged products, please contact us immediately at info@lb-farm.com or (520) 507-4281. We will work quickly to resolve any problems and ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Local Pickup

If you’re local, we offer the option to pick up your order directly from our farm. Please choose this option at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

At L & B Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with exchanges or refunds in a fair and timely manner. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and straightforward process.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us immediately at info@lb-farm.com or (520) 507-4281 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

  • Freshness Guarantee: We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, and we package everything securely to maintain freshness. If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations for freshness, please reach out to us right away. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products (fresh, perishable items), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. However, we are happy to discuss any concerns or issues you may have with your order and work toward a solution.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@lb-farm.com or (520) 507-4281 with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps and assist with any necessary arrangements.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of your return or issue being resolved. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any costs incurred for returning products are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Local Pickup

  • If you have selected local pickup and wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us directly for assistance, and we will arrange a solution based on your preferences.
